How much does a Ready14 website cost?
$99 CAD a month for 36 months. No upfront fee. AWS hosting, SSL, maintenance, monthly updates, basic SEO and support are all included.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The $99 CAD/month shown covers everything: design, development, launch, hosting, SSL, monthly updates, basic SEO, uptime monitoring and support. The domain name is included too: we register it in your name.
Is the price locked for the whole term?
Yes. Your rate of $99 CAD/month is locked for the 36 months of the subscription, with no increase during the contract.
What is the price for a US business?
The same number, with no conversion: $99 CAD a month in Canada, $99 USD a month in the United States. Billing is through Stripe.
Delivery and guarantees
How long until my website is delivered?
14 days from content approval. If we miss that deadline, your first 3 months of subscription are free.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Ready14 offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after launch. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we refund you, no questions asked.
What if I need changes after launch?
Standard revisions are included in your monthly maintenance. Major redesigns are assessed separately if needed. Most clients never need one: we take the time to get your site right from the start.
When does the 14-day clock start?
The clock starts the day we receive all your approved content (logo, text, photos, business information). You get a clear checklist as soon as you sign up.

Do you work with US businesses?
Yes. Ready14 serves clients across the United States: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Boston and everywhere else. The price there is $99 USD a month.
Which languages do you support?
French (primary) and English. Both language versions of your site are supported. Our team is based on Montréal's South Shore and works natively in both languages.
Technical and hosting
Where are Ready14 websites hosted?
On Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the Canadian region. SSL certificate, automatic backups, uptime monitoring and a global CDN included. Hosting is part of your monthly subscription.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your content, your domain and your brand. Ready14 provides the platform, hosting and ongoing maintenance for as long as you subscribe.
Can I edit the content myself after launch?
Yes. Every Ready14 site includes a content management system (CMS) to edit text, photos and blog posts yourself. Complex layout changes can be requested from our team.
What happens if the site goes down?
We monitor uptime 24/7 and aim for 99.9% monthly availability, with a prorated credit below that. If there is a problem, our team steps in right away: you do not have to wait for someone to notice.

Can I customize the design?
Yes. Every Ready14 site is customized to your brand: colours, logo, photos, content, structure. Templates are a starting point; the final result is unique to your business.
Subscription and cancellation
Can I cancel before the end of the term?
The subscription is a 36-month commitment. Early cancellation is not offered: that is what makes the $99 CAD/month price possible. After 36 months, you can cancel at any time.
What happens after 36 months?
Your subscription becomes month to month at the same rate. You can cancel at any time with standard notice, or renew for another term.

Does Ready14 have a referral program?
Yes. The partner program pays a 20% recurring commission on every successful referral, for the lifetime of the referred client's subscription. Details at ready14.com/partenaire.
