After 36 months, you can continue your subscription at the same rate and cancel anytime, or sign up for a new 36-month term and get a fresh, updated design for your website.
Can I modify my site after delivery?
Yes! You can request minor changes (text, images) included in your plan. For major modifications, we offer an hourly rate of $125/hour.
Is the domain name included?
Yes. The domain name is included in your monthly plan. We handle registration and full setup. If you already have a domain, we transfer it for free.
What happens if my site isn't ready in 14 days?
It's simple: you get 3 months of service free. Just send us an email to claim it.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. However, the 36-month commitment means you will need to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the sum of the remaining monthly payments. That commitment is exactly what lets us deliver your site with no upfront cost: the design work is spread over the term of the contract instead of being billed on day one.
What support is included?
Email support included, with quick responses depending on volume. We manage your website backups. Please notify us as soon as possible when you detect any issue.
Who provides the content (text, images)?
You provide the text and images for your business. If you don't have professional photos, we use quality stock images included for free.
