Ready14 offers professional website creation services for SMBs in Quebec. Our service includes:

- Professional website design and development, delivered within 14 business days guaranteed - Hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure - SSL certificate included - Technical maintenance and security updates - Technical support by email - Basic SEO optimization

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. The website remains hosted and maintained as long as the subscription is active.

The financial terms of our service are as follows:

- Monthly subscription: $99/month (plus applicable taxes), for a 36-month commitment period - Setup fee: $0 — design and development are included in the subscription - Payment: Payments are processed monthly by Stripe, a secure PCI DSS certified payment processor

Prices may be modified with 30 days notice. Any price change only applies to the next renewal of your commitment, not during the current commitment period.

In case of payment delay exceeding 15 days, Ready14 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to your website until the account is settled.

Ready14 commits to delivering your website within 14 business days of receiving all required materials (content, images, company information).

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

- The client must provide all required content within the agreed timeframe - Major revisions requested after the first presentation may extend the deadline - Delays caused by force majeure (third-party service outages, natural disasters) are not covered by this guarantee

If Ready14 fails to meet the 14-day deadline for reasons attributable to Ready14, the client will receive three free months of subscription as compensation.

Intellectual property rights are distributed as follows:

- Client content: You retain all rights to the content you provide (text, images, logos, trademarks). - Design and code: The design and code developed by Ready14 remain the full property of Ready14 at all times, regardless of the subscription duration. - Usage license: During the subscription, Ready14 grants you a non-exclusive license to use your website. This license terminates upon cancellation of the subscription.

Ready14 reserves the right to display your site in its portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

The termination conditions are as follows:

- Cooling-off period: You have 14 days after signing to cancel without charge, in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. - Early termination: Any termination before the end of the 36-month commitment period incurs termination fees equivalent to the sum of the remaining monthly payments. - Non-renewal: At the end of the 36-month commitment, the subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. - Termination by Ready14: Ready14 may terminate your subscription in case of violation of these terms, illegal content, or prolonged non-payment (more than 60 days).

Upon termination, your website will be taken offline within 30 days of the effective termination date. You may request a copy of your content before that date.

Ready14 strives to maintain a high-quality service but cannot guarantee:

- 100% uptime for your website (our target is 99.9% availability) - Complete absence of bugs or errors - Specific results in terms of SEO or business performance - Compatibility with all existing browsers and devices

In no event shall Ready14's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client during the past 12 months.

Ready14 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

By using Ready14's services, you agree not to:

- Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful content, or content that infringes on the rights of others - Use your site for fraudulent or deceptive purposes - Attempt to circumvent the security measures of our systems - Intentionally overload our servers - Resell or sublicense Ready14's services without written authorization

Ready14 reserves the right to immediately suspend any website that violates these acceptable use rules.

These terms of service are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, QC.
